Covid Safety Plan – in line with the current Health Orders –

• If you are unwell do not come to band
• If you are classified as a close contact and/or need to isolate yourself for any reason, to do so and not come to band
• Take personal responsibility for your own health and welfare
• You need to be fully vaccinated
• Band members should consider the Health advice regarding getting a vaccination booster
• Before entering the band room
  • Use the QR code
  • Have your temperature taken
• Wear a mask when not playing
• Seat 1.5m apart
• The 2 square metre rule for the number allowed in the band room to apply
